Bill has been in the meat business for almost 40 years. His parents, Frank and Beverly Griffin, owned and operated Griffin Meats, in Valders. Bill worked for them before starting his own business, Griffin Meat Sales LLC. Bill's wife, Joan, helps in the meat shop when she is not working as a paraprofessional, at Valders Elementary School. Their oldest son, Hunter, is a full-time employee for them. He helps make the orders for the retail shop and their restaurant accounts, processes venison, and delivers the wholesale orders to area meat markets. Their son, Trevor, is a salesman for Badger Liquor, in Green Bay. Their daughter, Kylee, is a dental assistant and is continuing her education in the dental field, to become a dental technician. Trevor and Kylee help as much as they can, especially during venison season.
